About Us

MEET OWNER & FOUNDER RANDY SAMUEL

I have owned and operated a performance based athletic training facility for the past 13 years. Over the last decade I’ve supported the development of student-athletes academically and athletically. My personal philosophy is to meet each athlete where they are, determine where they want to go, and tailor their training regimen to their specific needs, allowing them to achieve their goals. This consists of physical and mental health, nutrition, fitness and over all wellness support.

As a business owner, I designed and developed a one-stop shop facility which caters to all sports and athletes with varying skill levels. Over the years I have been committed to the enrichment and personal growth of over 500 athletes that have come through my facility. I have a unique ability to hold people accountable, in a clear and caring manner to ultimately achieve a high- level performance.

In addition to running a successful business, I am the Assistant Head / Sprint Track and Field coach at Chino Hills High School. Over the last 10 years I’ve led the boys and girls sprint teams to: 5 CA State appearances, 8-time Baseline League Championships, Southern CA Section Division I Champions in the 4x400m relay, coached a 2-time State Champion, developed top ten sprinters in CA, and aided in several athletes getting Division I scholarships.

I was a Division I full scholarship athlete at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. I was recruited to play football and spent my off seasons competing on the track team for 4 years. During this time, I developed a love for helping other athletes succeed. My experience as a collegiate athlete, coupled with my Psychology degree prompted me to follow my passion and open S.W.E.A.T in 2011. I am proud that I have contributed to several athletes having post high school athletic careers

My dedication to creating an environment that promotes excellence in athletic and academic performance are the catalysts to my success and I want to emphasize my commitment to lead and inspire athletes to realize their full potential.
